This is how it all started…
Since I can remember, I always had a high affinity to animals. Naturally I was drawn to them, without fear or hesitation. I felt connected to them , more than to most people and I could not imaging a life without them. Naturally I wanted to be their voice and help them. Hence since I was a little girl I only could think of one thing in my life that I wanted to do or be. I wanted to be a veterinarian. Help them, fix them, save them and be there for them.
There was no other thing I wanted to be, oh well with 9 years of age, I considered for a short period of time to become a nun, because I loved God so much. However, the love for God has never subsided but the love for animals gave me a purpose and calling that made me surrender to becoming a doctor. I do believe that this was HIS purpose for me.
